1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PayLink service provided by Smart Payment Solutions W.L.L. By
using this service, you (“User” or “Client”) agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Description

The Smart Payment Solutions PayLink service allows users to make payments through a secure link provided by our
bank. This service is intended for paying bills and other charges as authorized by the user.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PayLink service, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and that you
agree to comply with them.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information when using the PayLink service.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities
that occur under their account.

5. Payment Processing

All payments made through the PayLink service are processed securely.
Users authorize us to charge the specified amount to their payment method.
Users must ensure that they have sufficient funds available for payment.

6. Fees

Client agrees to pay a 4.5% credit/debit card service charge per transaction for this service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the PayLink
service.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information. By using the PayLink service, you
agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Smart Pay Solutions will not have any access in regards to your
credit/debit or bank information when making payment through the payment link.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Kingdom of
Bahrain.
