Smart Pay Solutions, pays your bills for you. We send a secure pay link through “Toast” our paylink platform to customers to facilitate online payments. With a pay link, there is no need for a website or payment gateway integration. Customers just need to click on the link and follow the prompts to complete a transaction.

What do i need to bring to sign up for the service?

You only need to fill up the registration form with the payments you would like us to pay on your behalf.

How long is the sign-up time?

A typical sign-up only takes a few minutes or a service agent could come to you.

When do you send the link to my email or mobile?

We normally send the link two days before the due date of the bill.

How much will the payment be on the link each month?

It depends on what payment(s) you sign up for. If you use our service for rent payment only, then you have an idea of how much we would be sending the link for which includes our 4.5 % service charge for each transaction. If you have other payments with us, we enter the billing amounts as we receive them.

How can I view my detailed payment information?

A receipt of your payments will be sent to you once your transaction has been paid.
